Sticky Chicken

I love recipes that are quick, easy and don't have weird food in it....I'm a picky eater! My Mom told me about this recipe and it's a favorite at our house!

1 18oz jar of apricot preserves

1 12oz bottle of Russian dressing

1 envelope of onion soup mix

6-10 chicken breasts

Place chicken in 9x13 baking dish

Mix the first 3 ingredients together

Pour mixture over chicken

Bake uncovered for 1 hour and serve over rice

Makes GREAT leftovers!!
